A brief History of my weight loss attempts
Back in 2012, I began working out excessively and eating all organic, non processed, low calorie foods. This was incredibly tough. My starting weight was 307 LBS! It has been a very emotional journey so far. I lost a total of 60lbs between February and October on a 700-800 calorie diet and working out at the gym 2-3 hours a day. Needless to stay it ran me dry. I was always hungry. I stopped losing weight in August. I am not sure what happened. I kept working out and eating the same for september and October but not a single pound was lost during those two months. I had hit a big plateau. So, Advice from a personal trainer was to shock my body. I stopped working out as much and began eating a 1200-1600 calorie diet. I did this for about 2 months. Then in January and February 2013 I went back to my low calorie diet and workout regimen. IT DID NOTHING. My body has to run on low calories and large amounts of excersize to lose the weight otherwise my body just maintains. I will say though that my stamina has increased expoentially. Before I started Working out, could barely run two minutes at 4 mph, now I can run 10 minutes at 5mph without dying. The weightloss however...

Now I did not give up, Ive been still working out at the gym only 30-60 minutes a day in the morning. I still watch what I eat (for the most part, Some days I do cheat) but the weights been coming back on slowly.

- Lemon Water Diet (2008, 2013)
- Weight Watchers (works but so expensive) (2007-2008)
- Jenny Craig (waste of money) (2008)
- I tried using Hydroxut (2009, 2012-2013)
- Ali (This was gross) (2010)
- Nutrisystem (2008)
- Lipozene (2009)
- Low Carb Diets (less than 200 carbs to start and udner 125 after my body adjusted) (2011-2013)
- Low Calorie (700-800 Cals a day) Then working off 2000 calories (2012-2013)
